The Son

HEBREWS 1:1-18

The Deity of Jesus is clearly taught in scriptures, that He is God as the father is. Many get mixed up with His humanity when He was on earth, when He submitted Himself to human infirmities and taught us to be in subjection to the Father. Here in Hebrews the Father says “let all the angels of God worship Him”. In verse 8 the Father calls Him God: “But unto the son He saith, ‘Thy throne O God is for ever and ever...’” Therefore for distinction we refer to Him as God the son. It is because of His deity all His work of salvation becomes genuine, for only True God could produce and provide salvation for man.

Vs 3 “...when He had by Himself purged our sins sat down in the right hand of the Father on High.” Today let us Bow before Him and Adore Him and Worship Him. Give your life to Him. Acknowledge Him as your only means of salvation fir He died for your sins. Call upon Him today My prayer: O Father we give you thanks for sending God the Son to die for man the sinner so that through God the Son man the sinner can become the sons of God.
